Blueprint Leadership Coaching

Come away, have fun and be refreshed by God, surrounded by the beauty of the Sunshine Coast.

It’s been a season of change and challenge.

We’ve heard Pastors and Christian leaders saying they are worn out, that they need time and space to breathe and hear from God.

This four-day retreat is an opportunity to step back, connect with God and other leaders and remember why you are doing what you’re doing.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT THE RETREAT?

The retreat has been prayerfully designed to give you:

  • time and space to be still, listen to God, reflect on your leadership and have fun in nature

  • a clearer vision of your God-given calling that can work as a compass, helping you make decisions and stay focused on what really matters moving forward

  • an opportunity to share your leadership experiences with other leaders

  • An introduction to the Cycle of Grace examining 4 components of a grace-filled life: Acceptance, Sustenance, Significance, and Fruitfulness

We’ll have 3 hours of facilitated sessions each day to set our hearts and minds on God and what He has to say to us. This also means plenty of downtime to enjoy prepared activities or just relax.

We’ll walk on the beach, worship around the campfire and have different venues each day in Noosa, Tinbeerwah and Mudjimba.

You won’t be one in a crowd.

The retreat is limited to 15 people so we can connect with you and serve you individually. We’ll take care of everything: meals, transport, accommodation (if needed). You won’t have to worry about a thing!

WHAT THIS RETREAT IS NOT

This retreat is not a conference.

It’s not a place where you will be given a lot of advice.

You won’t be sitting around listening to someone monologue or participating in endless group discussions.

It’s not a place where you’ll need to minister to others.

This is a space for you to rest, refresh, and return to your leadership context with new vision, clarity and purpose.

WHO IS THE RETREAT FOR?

The retreat is for men and women of all ages.
It is a space for:

  • young leaders to be empowered

  • marginalised leaders to be encouraged

  • busy leaders to be rested

  • isolated leaders to be affirmed

  • proactive leaders to reflect

  • all leaders to connect with God and other leaders

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT OUR LEADERSHIP SESSIONS:

- Rohan (Executive Director, Vetamorphus)

"I learnt that it is in speaking out vision and hopes to others that they begin to feel more real."
